Travel Advisory LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Hey Kevin mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App. Hey Kevin is operated by Travel Advisory LLC, Massachusetts, USA.
All data collected is used solely for providing and improving the App's core functionality — answering calls, screening callers, generating call summaries, and delivering text notifications. Audio data is processed to create transcriptions and summaries and is not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Hey Kevin sends service text messages only to the mobile number the account holder typed during signup in the iOS app. These messages include call summaries, voicemail alerts, and account notices. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies with the subscriber's call volume.

We use Sign in with Apple for user authentication. We receive only the information you authorize Apple to share (typically your name and email address).
These services process data only as necessary to provide their respective functions and are bound by their own privacy policies. These companies process data only to run Hey Kevin (calls, transcription, voice, hosting). They do not receive mobile numbers or messaging consent for their own marketing.
Call transcripts are retained only for as long as needed to provide the service and are then deleted. Job summaries and contact data are retained for as long as your account is active. Audio recordings are processed in real-time and are not stored. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting contact@heykevin.one.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Call transcripts are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect, (2) request deletion of your personal information, (3) opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). Your data is processed and stored in the United States via Google Cloud infrastructure. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
