By downloading, installing, or using the Hey Kevin application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is operated by Travel Advisory LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Hey Kevin is an AI-powered phone answering service for individuals and small businesses. The App answers incoming calls on your behalf, screens callers, generates call summaries using artificial intelligence, and delivers those summaries to you via text message.
Upon account creation, a dedicated phone number is provisioned for your account via Twilio. This number is used to receive and route calls on your behalf. If you delete your account or your subscription expires, your provisioned phone number may be released and is not guaranteed to be recoverable.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all calls will be answered or accurately transcribed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Advisory LLC shall not be liable for:
Hey Kevin offers the following auto-renewable monthly subscriptions: Personal ($9.99/month), Business ($49.99/month), and Business Pro ($79.99/month). New accounts include a 14-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App prior to purchase.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://heykevin.one/privacy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
By creating a Hey Kevin account you agree to receive service text messages — call summaries, voicemail alerts, and account notices — from Hey Kevin at the dedicated phone number assigned to you. Message frequency varies with your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@heykevin.one. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
